PieterGit fb4d467755 update Node requirements. This is a follow up from https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/pull/7417 since @bewest already merged his branch to dev 
add NodeJS 16.x support.
drop NodeJS 12.x support.It reached End-of-Life status on 30 April 2022
allow NodeJS 18.x support to run for CI
upgrade webpack and webpack-cli
update browserlist and browser documentation, config is now at .browserslistrc
update README.md for browsers and Node versions
fix typos in comments in lib/client/hashauth.js and webpack/webpack.config from https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/pull/7440

PieterGit 2e869c7cd7 increase SCM_COMMAND_IDLE_TIMEOUT (default 60, 1 minute), to 300 seconds / 5 minutes 
Azure deploy fails with message Thread was being aborted.
This happens when the deploy commands take too long to execute. You can resolve this by setting the
SCM_COMMAND_IDLE_TIMEOUT app setting to 900 (900 seconds, 15 minutes) for your app in the Azure portal.

ruud de rooij 1ca6bb49d1 Add colorblind-friendly color theme 
The color theme uses light green and yellow which to some colorblind
people may be too close to distinguish easily. This adds a
"colorblind-friendly colors" theme which uses light blue instead of
light green for the "in-range" color.
