Updated test execution scripts in package.json to include parallel and fast test options. Converted several `beforeEach` hooks to `before` in test files for more efficient application setup. Added documentation for test optimizations. * v1 API Batch Operations Tests
*
* REQUIREMENT REFERENCE: docs/proposals/mongodb-modernization-impact-assessment.md
*
* Section 2.2: Loop uses v1 API with batch operations expecting arrays to be
* inserted as multiple documents, not as a single document containing an array.
*
* Section 3.2: Trio uses v1 API with batched operations and throttled pipelines
*
* Section 6.1: Must Preserve - Array batch semantics for v1 API
* - When an array is POSTed to /api/treatments (v1), use insertMany
* - Return objectIds in submission order
* - Handle partial failures gracefully
*
* CRITICAL: Loop depends on response array order matching submission order for
* syncIdentifier → objectId cache mapping (Section 2.4)
*
* NOTE: Routes are /api/treatments/ and /api/entries/ (v1 implied by route structure)
