Urs Roesch e2a4a16915 Add multi-binary build to include git-cmd

Summary:
  * Up until now only the git Bash binary
    was available. With this release the
    git-cmd.exe will also appear in the
    PA Menu as "Git Cmd".
  * Added new function to build the second
    binary from appinfo.ini [Control]
    section. The code is experimental and
    is proof of concept currently.
