Document how multiple --filter flags interact in prune commands:
different filter keys are ANDed (all conditions must match), while
multiple values for the same key are ORed (any value can match).
This addresses a gap in the documentation where users could not
determine whether multiple filters were combined with AND or OR
logic, which is especially important for prune commands where
the wrong assumption could lead to unintended data removal.

We could decide to not initialize a default, and do this only when
setting a value, but this may require more changes, so doing this
as a starting-point.

This will generate "details_url" for options, so that the options
table on the pages at docs.docker.com link to the section describing
the option.

This replaces the use of bash where suitable, to allow easier copy/pasting

The `docker network prune` command removes unused custom networks,
but built-in networks won't be removed. This patch updates the
message to mention that it's only removing custom networks.

The "-f" flag is an alias for --force, not --filter (as correctly stated at the top of each documents). The system_prune.md didn't have this error.

This fix provides `--filter until=<timestamp>` for `docker container/image prune`.
This fix adds `--filter until=<timestamp>` to `docker container/image prune`
so that it is possible to specify a timestamp and prune those containers/images
that are earlier than the timestamp.
