Notable changes:

- all: upgrade go directive to at least 1.26.0
- http2: deprecate Transport and Server
- http2: use IDNA Lookup profile, not raw Punycode translation
    - addresses https://github.com/golang/go/issues/81010
- internal/httpcommon: remove Host header from server request
