Vincent Giersch 04baf7b642 Documents build API "remote" parameter 
Introduced in Docker v0.4.5 / Remove API v1.1 (#848), the remote
parameter of the API method POST /build allows to specify a buildable
remote URL (HTTPS, HTTP or Git).
