Sebastiaan van Stijn 4bf4d567bd cli-plugins/hooks: PrintNextSteps: slight cleanup 
- skip aec to construct the formatting and use a const instead
- skip fmt.Println and write directly to the writer
- move newlines outside of the "bold" formatting
