Sebastiaan van Stijn e11705385d vendor: github.com/mattn/go-runewidth v0.0.30

- Wrap: measure grapheme clusters, not runes
- Skip grapheme segmentation for text that cannot form clusters
- Keep strings that are not valid UTF-8 on the segmenter - #111
- Take the rune fast path in the Truncate functions too
