Subject: [PATCH] fix(settings): explain that S3 images are served through
 Coolify without a CDN URL

The Image CDN URL help text said an empty value uses the S3 endpoint.
Since #11865, an empty value serves profile pictures and project icons
through Coolify, because private buckets and Cloudflare R2 reject
anonymous browser requests (#11806).
