Andras Bacsai c8c639e3d6 fix(realtime): keep Reverb handshake under its size limit with large cookie headers
Raise the Reverb max request size and store the remembered list view
cookies unencrypted, so the WebSocket handshake no longer fails with 413
and live updates (like proxy restart logs) reach the browser.

Andras Bacsai 13298591d8 fix(api): throttle API clients that keep failing and notify the token's team
- Return 429 after 30 failed (401/403/404) requests per minute for one
token or IP, also for unknown API routes (API_FAILED_REQUEST_RATE_LIMIT)
- Notify the team once a day when a token reaches the limit
- Deduplicate ability_denied and scope_denied audit events for 5 minutes

Andras Bacsai 6f1905b7b0 fix(access): enforce member grants on more actions
- Require write access on the target environment to clone or move a resource
- Check read access on shared variables before a reference is added or resolved
- Limit team credentials, git sources, and imports of other backups to team-wide writers
- Require the delete level for backup, volume, storage, and task deletes
- Require create access for previews, new projects, and git sources
- Use the token team for the access scope, and check team-wide access on Livewire updates
- Require instance admin to toggle the API and MCP server
- Hide server pickers and broadcast details from members without access

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 a82d32c946 chore: merge main into release/v4.5
Resolve conflicts between main's security fixes and v4.5 features:
- Keep v4.5 features (log redaction, multi-S3 backups, transfer flow,
scheduled task modal, sidebar) and port main's fixes into them.
- Reuse RequiresDeployAbility for the Hostinger create endpoint.
- Align MCP tool abilities and descriptions with main's new deploy
requirements, and use deploy tokens in the affected MCP tests.
- Drop the duplicate DockerCleanupJobTest helper and tests, and the
exportBundle test for a method v4.5 removed.

Aditya Tripathi 7bed78c81e feat(auth): add passkey sign-in
Enable Fortify passkeys (laravel/passkeys) with the @laravel/passkeys
client. Users can sign in with a passkey, confirm sensitive actions with
one, and add, rename, and delete passkeys on the Profile page.

- Resolve the relying party for each request from the instance URL, then
APP_URL, then localhost. Passkey routes return 404 on other hosts.
- Add the is_passkey_enabled instance setting (Settings > Advanced).
- Use a hex user handle (laravel/passkeys-server#41).
- Rate limit the passkey routes by client IP.
- Record audit events for registered, verified, and deleted passkeys.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 f75ffd329f fix(auth): let OAuth-only users enable 2FA without a password confirmation
Users with a linked OAuth identity or no password cannot confirm a
password they do not know. The password.confirm middleware now follows
User::requiresPasswordConfirmation(), like destructive actions.

Andras Bacsai 3c23e2d30f refactor(auth): remove OAuth re-authentication for destructive actions
Drop the OAuth confirm/callback flow that let users confirm destructive
actions by re-authenticating through a linked provider. This removes the
confirm route and session handling in OauthController, the middleware
bypass for those routes, OauthSetting::providerName(),
User::oauthConfirmationProviders(),
OauthLoginService::identityBelongsToUser() and the
socialite_reauthentication_parameters() helper.

Users with a linked OAuth identity no longer need a password step and
only use the dialog's typed confirmation. Password confirmation is now
required only for users who have a password and no SSO identity. The
confirmation modal and tests are updated to match.

Andras Bacsai 9e7cb60b0d feat: add import restore options, OAuth confirmation, and fixes
- database import: add keep_owners (restore PostgreSQL owners and
privileges) and sqlite_database (pick the target SQLite file) to the
API, OpenAPI spec, and import form
- oauth: require password confirmation and support team selection on
  OAuth login
- remote process: send team broadcast events to the team of the server
that ran the process instead of the causer's user id
- servers API: handle the legacy build server setting
- compose: support parent bind paths and volume driver options
- dns: improve record hints and provider management
- notifications: fix throttling and missing backup notifications
- ui: rework the confirmation modal
- add feature and unit tests for the new behavior

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 0448c6ca51 refactor(http): remove the TrustHosts middleware that never checked the host
TrustHosts skipped its check while the cache key instance_settings_fqdn_host
was empty, and only the skipped check filled that key. So since e1fe58639
(October 2025) no release restricted the Host header. Turning it on now would
lock out users who reach Coolify by server IP or another name when the domain
or proxy is broken.

Links in emails and notifications do not use the Host header: base_url()
uses the configured FQDN or the server IP (see ResetPasswordUrlTest). So
remove the middleware, its cache key and its tests. TrustProxies is unchanged.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 a6a3b1d26b revert: undo the app changes from the test clean-up
Revert the app code changes of d666a0a95, 69eeb2f62, 1e66c9f9b and
a32082b03, so login, registration, OAuth, team danger zone, service
templates, and the other touched files are back to their earlier state.
Keep the removal of unused components and markup-only tests (d666a0a95
also contained those deletions by mistake).

StartupExecutionCleanupTest now fakes the template CDN with the current
file content, so app:init in the test no longer empties
templates/service-templates-latest.json.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 a32082b03f fix: regressions found by the test suite
- TrustHosts: validate the Host header also when the FQDN cache is cold.
- Settings email: authorize the SMTP and Resend toggles.
- Server navbar: show Sentinel status only to users who can view Sentinel.
- GitHub source: restore permission gates on Sync name and Delete, and the
  Test connection button.
- Profile: make avatar upload work (missing import and file uploads trait).
- API tokens: keep the "Never" expiry choice.
- Environment variables: show validation errors instead of a generic error.
- Servers API: read the server uuid from the route in domains_by_server.
- Configuration diff: report all settings when no earlier snapshot exists.
- Cloud servers: restore Power On for stopped servers; do not repeat the
  provider error prefix.
- HasSecretManager: do not stop later deleting listeners.
- GitLab webhook: use new_public_id() like the other webhooks.
- Dev: show the Lima VM start command on the localhost server page.

belongs to multiple teams and has no valid stored choice, redirect
them to a new team.select screen (SelectTeam Livewire component) to
pick one, rather than silently choosing the first team. Update
Fortify and OAuth login flows to use the new resolveStoredTeam()
logic.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 4.7 a2096c6f68 feat(observability): add structured audit log channel for API and webhook events
Introduce a dedicated `audit` log channel (daily rotation, configurable retention via
LOG_AUDIT_DAYS) and a small `auditLog()` / `auditLogWebhookFailure()` helper used to
record state-changing API operations and webhook events.

Instrumented:

- API mutation endpoints (create / update / delete / start / stop / restart) across
applications, services, databases (incl. backups, env vars, storage), servers,
projects + environments, scheduled tasks, private keys, GitHub apps, cloud provider
tokens, Hetzner server provisioning, instance enable/disable.
- Webhook signature verification outcomes for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gitea and
Stripe, plus the Sentinel push endpoint.
- Authentication and authorization outcomes via the global exception handler and
  the `ApiAbility` middleware (unauthenticated, ability-denied, policy-denied).

The helper is wrapped in try/catch so logging failures never affect the request
path. Successful operations log at `info`; suspicious/denied requests log at
`warning`. Operators wanting a failures-only feed can set `LOG_AUDIT_LEVEL=warning`.

Includes a feature test suite covering the helper, the webhook providers and the
new auth/authorization log paths.

Andras Bacsai d3b8d70f08 fix(subscription): harden quantity updates and proxy trust behavior
Centralize min/max server limits in Stripe quantity updates and wire them into
Livewire subscription actions with price preview/update handling.

Also improve host/proxy middleware behavior by trusting loopback hosts when FQDN
is set and auto-enabling secure session cookies for HTTPS requests behind
proxies when session.secure is unset.

Includes feature tests for loopback trust and secure cookie auto-detection.
