- Security updates: apt marks a package from a "-security" suite (Debian
12 now reports oldstable-security). dnf reads `dnf updateinfo list
--security` (dnf5 keeps updateinfo as an alias of advisory). zypper
uses `zypper -x patch --dry-run --category security`, because
`zypper -x list-patches` ignores --category and has no package names.
pacman and apk cannot tell, so they show no security count.

- Reboot required: /var/run/reboot-required, `needrestart -b` (KSTA 2
or 3), `dnf needs-restarting -r` (matched by text, because a missing
plugin also exits 1), and `zypper needs-rebooting` (exit 102).

- An explicit risk list per package manager (Docker engine, kernels,
libc/glibc/musl, systemd, dbus, openssh) replaces the "name contains
docker/kernel" guess on the page and in every notification channel.
- The page shows security and reboot badges, a security count, and the
risk of each package. "Reboot server" (with confirmation, update
policy on the loaded server) schedules the reboot with systemd-run and
checks the server again five minutes later. Archived (transferred)
servers are never touched.

An upgrade pulls new images and recreates the Coolify containers. A full
disk during an upgrade can leave Coolify broken.
- Measure free space on the Docker root dir and /data/coolify of localhost;
require 5 GB. An unknown value does not block.
- Manual upgrade: show the free and required space, with Run Docker cleanup,
Check again, and a confirmed Upgrade anyway override.
- Automatic upgrade: skip it and notify the team (disk usage channels, at
most once per 24 hours per server).
- upgrade.sh: stop before any change when the disk is low. A new 5th
argument skips the check (used by the override).

Require usage to fall five percentage points below the threshold before releasing the notification throttle. Reset it after Sentinel reports recovery so a new spike alerts immediately.
Add regression coverage for recovery and usage fluctuating near the threshold.
High disk usage notifications were sent every ~10 minutes on Coolify Cloud
because the cache rate limiter did not hold across Sentinel-triggered checks.
- Add a notification_throttles table and NotificationThrottle helper that
atomically records when a notification was sent for a resource.
- Add the ThrottledNotification contract; Team::notify() skips a throttled
notification that was already sent within its interval.
- High disk usage: configurable per-server interval
(server_disk_usage_notification_interval_hours, default 24h) in
Server > Advanced and the servers API.
- Container restarted (coolify-proxy, database TCP proxy): at most one
notification per hour per server/database during a restart loop.
- Move the unreachable and missing-backup markers into the new table and
migrate existing data (servers.unreachable_notification_sent and
scheduled_database_backups.missing_backup_notification_sent_at).
- Regenerate OpenAPI files.
WebhookChannel::send() calls toWebhook() unconditionally, but the five
notifications reachable through alwaysSendEvents did not implement it, so
enabling the webhook channel turned those events into fatal queued jobs.
- Add URL generation to notification class using base_url() helper
- Replace config('app.url') with proper base_url() for accurate instance URL
- Make server names clickable links to proxy configuration page
- Use data_get() with fallback values for safer template data access
- Add comprehensive tests for URL generation and email rendering

- Store both patch update and newer minor version information simultaneously
- Display patch update availability alongside minor version upgrades in notifications
- Add newer_branch_target and newer_branch_latest fields to traefik_outdated_info
- Update all notification channels (Discord, Telegram, Slack, Pushover, Email, Webhook)
- Show minor version in format (e.g., v3.6) for upgrade targets instead of patch version
- Enhance UI callouts with clearer messaging about available upgrades
- Remove verbose logging in favor of cleaner code structure
- Handle edge case where SSH command returns empty response

- Add automated Traefik version checking job running weekly on Sundays
- Implement version detection from running containers and comparison with versions.json
- Add notifications across all channels (Email, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Pushover, Webhook) for outdated versions
- Create dismissible callout component with localStorage persistence
- Display cross-branch upgrade warnings (e.g., v3.5 -> v3.6) with changelog links
- Show patch update notifications within same branch
- Add warning icon that appears when callouts are dismissed
- Prevent duplicate notifications during proxy restart by adding restarting parameter
- Fix notification spam with transition-based logic for status changes
- Enable system email settings by default in development mode
- Track last saved/applied proxy settings to detect configuration drift
- Add resource UUIDs (application_uuid, database_uuid, server_uuid, task_uuid) to all webhook notifications
- Standardize URL field naming from various formats (resource_url, task_url, server_url) to consistent 'url' field
- Include parent resource UUIDs for scheduled tasks (application_uuid or service_uuid)
- Add direct URLs to Coolify resources for all notification types
- Update UI to show "Webhook URL (POST)" label for clarity
This enables webhook consumers to:
- Uniquely identify resources using UUIDs used throughout Coolify UI
- Directly link back to Coolify resource pages via the url field

- Added a new job, ServerPatchCheckJob, to handle server patch checks and notifications.
- Introduced a new notification class, ServerPatchCheck, for sending updates via email, Discord, Slack, Pushover, and Telegram.
- Updated notification settings models to include server patch notification options for email, Discord, Slack, Pushover, and Telegram.
- Created a migration to add server patch notification fields to the respective settings tables.
- Enhanced the UI to allow users to enable/disable server patch notifications across different channels.
