Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 25a4076bd0 fix(api): require the write ability for database imports 
Uploading and starting a database import overwrites data, so a deploy
token is no longer enough. Import activity IDs must be numeric.

Andras Bacsai ab3b3926aa feat: add database import API and Cloudflare DNS management 
Queue database imports from upload, S3, or server paths via REST, and
manage Cloudflare DNS records from integration tokens and domain UIs.
