Check enabled volume backup schedules hourly and notify teams when no
execution occurs within the configured number of days. Expose the alert
threshold in the UI and API, with alerts disabled by default.
Route volume backup results and warnings to the appropriate Telegram
backup threads.
Every released Sentinel with traffic analytics (1.0.0 and later) has
the dashboard and series routes and the requests, bytes_in and app
fields, so the fallbacks for builds without them are not needed.
- Keep "no data" handling for Sentinel without traffic routes (0.0.x)
- Keep the resource-scope fallback, which Sentinel 1.0.1 needs
Allow validated host file and directory mounts outside resource directories
while protecting external paths from deletion.
Clean up cancelled deployment containers and clear tracked process IDs.
Preserve legacy KeyDB and Dragonfly password parsing, accept server backup
paths without extension restrictions, and allow Compose variable proxy ports.
Add audit events for account actions, server and application settings,
services, destinations, storage, backup schedules, and scheduled tasks.
Track changed fields and skip unchanged saves without logging file content.
Add regression coverage for audit events and changed-field detection.
- ServerCheckJob uses the stored reachability state instead of a second SSH
probe. One failed probe no longer marks the server unreachable without
UNREACHABLE_THRESHOLD or marks all its resources exited.
- Do not dispatch ServerCheckJob for build servers and Swarm workers.
- Check cloud provider state every 5 minutes instead of every minute.
- ServerPatchCheckJob uses isFunctional() and drops the unused retries.
- Delete the unused ServerCleanupMux job.
- Disable SSH multiplexing per command. The global config change stayed in
the queue worker, so later jobs (also deployments) ran without mux.
- Recover at most 500 open occurrences per scheduler run.
- Mark claims older than the worker timeout as failed.
- Treat long-pending occurrences like lost queued jobs, and do not run
backups late when they are older than 24 hours.
- Run fixed-time schedules once when daylight saving time repeats an hour.
- Do not run a scheduled task again when Redis hands it out after a killed
worker, and do not overwrite a finished execution in failed().
After a start, the UI showed "exited" until the regular status check ran.
That check runs on the shared high queue, which can be busy (60 s on Cloud).
The start job (database) and the start task (service, on the deployment
queue) now inspect only the started containers and store their status
before they broadcast. While a health check reports "starting", they
inspect again for up to about 15 s.
ContainerStatusAggregator now builds the per-container status and the
Compose aggregation for both writers, so GetContainersStatus and the
targeted check store the same strings.
Microsoft Entra ID never sends email_verified, so existing accounts could
not be linked through OIDC. Treat a boolean true xms_edov claim (email
domain owner verified) as equivalent, via a shared
OidcUser::claimsVerifyEmail() helper used for both ID token and userinfo
claims.
Document the Entra ID issuer URL and required optional claims in the
OIDC settings helper text, and add tests covering xms_edov handling.
The provider email verification check now runs only when an account with
that email already exists. A new account follows the registration
settings, the same way password registration does, which also doesn't
verify the email. Linking to an existing account still needs a verified
email, except for password-less users created before OAuth identities.
Add tests for new-user registration from Authentik, Discord and GitLab
when the provider email is unverified. Also test that the "Registration
is disabled" error is shown when registration is turned off.
When queue workers are down, an every-minute task or Docker cleanup
missed a run every minute, and each missed run sent a notification.
Each missed run still gets its own failed execution, but the team now
gets at most one missed-run notification per schedule each hour,
through NotificationThrottle.
Move the user creation check from OauthLoginService into
OauthSetting::allowsUserCreation(), so the login view can use it.
The login view now gets a can_register_with_oauth flag. The flag is
true when an enabled OAuth provider allows creating new users. The
view uses it to show the new auth.register_with_oauth message.
Add translations for the message in all locales, plus test coverage.
Treat the Google "Hosted domain" setting as an enforced Workspace
restriction: compare it to the hd claim case-insensitively with spaces
trimmed, and accept "*" for any Workspace account while still rejecting
personal Google accounts.
Exempt pre-upgrade OAuth users from the email verification check only
when they have no password. A flagged user with a password no longer gets
an unverified provider email linked to their account.
Update the hosted domain helper text and add tests for both cases.
Add OauthLoginException, which carries a translation key for the message
shown on the login page. The exception message only goes to the log.
OauthLoginService now throws it for an unverified email, an account that
is already linked to another identity, and disabled registration.
OauthController shows the matching message for each case. Other
HttpExceptions fall back to a generic OAuth failure message.
The email verification check now runs before the linked-identity check,
so an unverified email cannot reveal that an account is already linked.
Add translations for the new auth.failed.oauth* keys in all locales and
cover the new error messages with feature tests.
- Skip the occurrence of a backup whose previous run still holds the
overlap lock, so stale recovery does not run it later; do not rerun a
lost occurrence when a newer one already completed.
- Skip a database backup while a start, restart, or import of the database
is in progress, and record the skip in the execution list.
- Give every backup file a unique name per run and keep the service
database backup folder of earlier releases.
- Record missed scheduled tasks and Docker cleanups as failed executions
and notify the team.

The token is no longer a process argument that other users on the server
can read in /proc. Also correct the docker login comment about where the
registry password is visible.

- Do not provision a runner for a queued pull request job when no matching
runner configuration allows pull request jobs (the run event is read from
GitHub; the job-started hook still refuses it if the lookup fails).
- Do not open an existing runner group to all or public repositories, so
restrictions an organization admin set on GitHub stay.

The scheduler ran one dispatcher for database backups, tasks, volume backups,
and Docker cleanups after each other. A slow type, for example many tasks due
at the same minute, made the whole run longer, and the shared overlap lock
then made all types skip the next minute.
Run `scheduled:dispatch --type=<type>` every minute for backups, tasks,
volume-backups, and docker-cleanups. Each type runs in its own background
process with its own scheduler and job overlap locks, and publishes and
recovers only the deliveries of its own job type. Running the command without
a type still processes all types.
The missed daily backups on Coolify Cloud came from Redis evicting queue keys
(allkeys-lfu on a full instance), not from the scan of all schedules. The
next_run_at design (452259aac, 5c5740533) did not prevent that, and it added
stored state that must be kept in sync on every frequency, timezone, and server
change. It was not released, so remove it:
- revert next_run_at, its model hooks, the "Next run" UI, and the diagnostics
changes; restore scheduled_job_states and the queue overlap lock
- a new migration removes the next_run_at columns and creates
scheduled_job_states again where the removed migration already ran
Keep the changes that fix real problems:
- run the manager every minute from the scheduler with `scheduled:dispatch`,
so a busy queue cannot delay it past the catch-up window
- load the server chain of scheduled backups with each chunk, which removes
about 7,000 queries per run on Coolify Cloud
- catch Throwable for each schedule, so one broken schedule does not stop the
others
- publish database and volume backups again when their queued job was not
started after 60 minutes (for example, lost in Redis); log lost tasks and
Docker cleanups as missed. A lost backup is not run again when a newer
occurrence of the same schedule exists.
A schedule with a frequency that no longer parses stayed due and logged
"invalid frequency" every minute. Its next run is now cleared (shown as
invalid frequency in the UI), the warning is logged at most once a day,
and fixing the frequency makes it run again. The enabled flag is not
changed.
A delivery stuck in "enqueued" because its queued job was lost was never
run or cleaned up. After 60 minutes, database and volume backups are
published again (late backups run once), and tasks and Docker cleanups
are marked missed with a log entry. The claim token makes a duplicate
job a no-op.
The runner group was limited to private repositories, so jobs from
public repositories never got a runner: Coolify still started a runner
for each matching job, which then waited idle until its timeout.
The runner group now allows every repository of the organization,
public ones too; existing private groups are updated. GitHub gives a
runner any queued job with matching labels, so pull request jobs are
refused inside the runner: a job-started hook fails jobs from
pull_request, pull_request_target and review events before any step
runs, and fails closed when the event is unknown. A new runner setting,
off by default, allows pull request jobs; the settings page then warns
to require approval for fork pull request workflows on GitHub.
Cloning an application, database, service or environment did not copy
the secret manager link, so variables with remote secret references
failed on the next deployment with "no secret manager source is
configured".
Clones now get a copy of the link when the integration token belongs to
the clone's team. Server transfer does not export integration tokens or
links; the export now warns which resources need the token and link
again on the target instance.
The server transfer bundle did not include the standalone_sqlite_id of
persistent volumes, so after an import an application's mount of a
SQLite data volume was no longer linked to the database. The shared
volume checks then failed: deleting the SQLite database, or the
application with its volumes, could remove the SQLite data.
The exporter now sends the SQLite database uuid with each volume, and
the importer links the volume again after all databases are imported
(with a warning when the database is not in the bundle). As a backstop,
StandaloneSqlite::deleteVolumes() skips volumes that another resource
uses, like Application already does.
Proxy port validation parsed the configuration with plain Symfony YAML,
which rejects Docker Compose tags such as !reset and !override. Proxy
start, restart and save then failed for these valid configurations, and
automatic start after a reboot stopped silently. v4.3.23 did not block
on such configurations.
The parser now reads custom tags and validates the values inside them,
so malformed ports are still rejected. CheckProxy refreshes the status
of a running proxy before it reads the configuration, as in v4.3.23, so
an unreadable configuration no longer hides a running proxy.
Drop the OAuth confirm/callback flow that let users confirm destructive
actions by re-authenticating through a linked provider. This removes the
confirm route and session handling in OauthController, the middleware
bypass for those routes, OauthSetting::providerName(),
User::oauthConfirmationProviders(),
OauthLoginService::identityBelongsToUser() and the
socialite_reauthentication_parameters() helper.
Users with a linked OAuth identity no longer need a password step and
only use the dialog's typed confirmation. Password confirmation is now
required only for users who have a password and no SSO identity. The
confirmation modal and tests are updated to match.
- Align the traffic window to the minute so the 60 s cache is used.
- Skip only an unsafe key instead of hiding the whole server.
- Look up unknown container owners in one query per push.
Entries such as ${HTTP_PORT:-80}:80 blocked proxy start, save and restart.
Defaults are used for the conflict check and unresolved entries are skipped.
GitLab, Authentik, Zitadel, Clerk and Azure identities were keyed by the
provider name only, so a user with the same subject on another instance
could sign in as the linked user after the base URL or tenant changed.
The issuer column now stores the normalized instance, existing rows are
backfilled from the current settings, and oauth:rekey handles host renames.
Before Coolify kept `driver`, `driver_opts` and `labels` of renamed
Compose volumes, Docker created those volumes without them. Applying the
options now would make Docker Compose ask to recreate the volumes on
every deployment.
- Add `ignores_compose_driver_options` column to local_persistent_volumes
and mark all volumes that exist at upgrade time
- Parsers now use composeRenamedVolumeDeclarationFor() so flagged volumes
keep the old name-only top-level declaration
- Legacy application parsers (v1/v2) always emit name-only declarations
- Reset the flag when a volume is replicated, since a clone is a new
Docker volume
- Include the flag in server transfer export/import; bundles without it
default to true
- Storages UI shows which volumes ignore driver options and allows
deleting them so the options apply on recreation
- Add tests for parsers, cloning and server transfer
- database import: add keep_owners (restore PostgreSQL owners and
privileges) and sqlite_database (pick the target SQLite file) to the
API, OpenAPI spec, and import form
- oauth: require password confirmation and support team selection on
OAuth login
- remote process: send team broadcast events to the team of the server
that ran the process instead of the causer's user id
- servers API: handle the legacy build server setting
- compose: support parent bind paths and volume driver options
- dns: improve record hints and provider management
- notifications: fix throttling and missing backup notifications
- ui: rework the confirmation modal
- add feature and unit tests for the new behavior
Before OAuth identities existed, OAuth sign-in matched users by email
only. Add a created_before_oauth_identities flag, set for every user at
upgrade time, so their first OAuth identity links without a provider
email verification claim. The flag is cleared once an identity links.
Also trust Microsoft Entra ID user principal names and GitLab confirmed
primary emails as verified, and pass the email to hasVerifiedEmail.
Add tests using real provider payloads.
A non-root SSH user cannot open redirects, expand globs, or cd into
/data/coolify (9999:root 0700). Several remote commands relied on that
and failed on non-root servers.
- Write README files with `tee` instead of shell redirects in database
starts and application deployments
- Clear Postgres init scripts with `find` instead of a glob
- Split the proxy config backfill if/else so each branch gets sudo
- Start the log drain with `docker compose -f` instead of `cd`
- Wrap the preserved-repository compose start in `sh -c` for non-root
- Stage clone archives outside /data/coolify via StagesCloneArchives
- Extend the sudo parser and add non-root command tests
Import now always claims the server and rebinds Sentinel. Remove the
SSH-written ownership file, the write_remote/rebind_sentinel/claim
options, and the POST /servers/{uuid}/claim endpoint. The migrator now
fails when the target cannot take management. Disabling management
records transfer.management_disabled so the server shows as
transferable, and the transfer and import pages are simplified.

The scheduled job manager checked every enabled schedule each minute and
evaluated its cron expression in PHP. On Coolify Cloud one run took more than
60 seconds, so runs overlapped and minutes were skipped.
Each schedule now stores its next due time:
- next_run_at on scheduled database backups, scheduled tasks, and volume
backups, and docker_cleanup_next_run_at on server settings (UTC, indexed)
- model hooks calculate it when a schedule is created or its frequency or
enabled flag changes; a server timezone change or a move to another server
calculates it again for the affected schedules
The `scheduled:dispatch` command runs the manager every minute from the
scheduler, not from a queue. It selects only due rows and claims each
occurrence with an atomic update of next_run_at, together with its delivery
record, so parallel runs on several nodes never dispatch it twice.
- database and volume backups run once when they are late; tasks and Docker
cleanups more than 10 minutes late are logged as missed
- a local time that occurs two times when the clocks go back runs once
- the migration continues each schedule after its last recorded occurrence and
drops scheduled_job_states
Show the next run, in the server timezone, on the database backup, scheduled
task, volume backup, and Docker cleanup pages, or "Invalid frequency" when the
frequency cannot be calculated. scheduled:diagnostics now lists overdue
schedules and open deliveries.
Remove workarounds that are no longer needed: the queue overlap lock and its
stale-lock repair, the catch-up window, and debug-only logs.
Horizon workers kept Server::findCached() results between jobs, so scheduled
database backups used stale reachability and subscription state. A backup that
was skipped with the stale state counted as done for that day. Flush the
Server identity map before each queue job.
Add debug logs for the full path of a scheduled run, so a multi-node cloud
instance shows where a run is lost:
- manager start delay, gap since the previous start, host, pid, memory, and
a warning when the start is later than the catch-up window
- skip logs with the server state that was used and the current database state
- occurrence enqueued, claimed, rejected, completed and failed, with host and
the delay since the due time; a warning when the previous run is still open
- count of occurrences still open after 15 minutes on each manager run
- database backup runs that end without a backup
- server connection state changes with the checking node and the SSH error
Also keep publishing pending occurrences when one of them fails.
Add a Management ownership switch to the server page, shown only in
development, that lets a user with update permission release or claim
control of a server from this Coolify instance. Claiming is blocked for
localhost and when the team is over its server limit. Both actions are
recorded in the audit log.
When ServerTransferClaimer claims a server, it now clears force_disabled
if the team is within its server limit, and it always saves settings,
not only when the sentinel is rebound.
The import looked up the key in all teams and stopped with "already exists
on another team", which also told the user that another team has the key.
Keys are unique per team, so reuse a key of the target team or create one.

Login, registration and OAuth set a currentTeam attribute on the user model
that is not a database column, so a save of the user in the same request
would fail. Keep the team in the session and read it with currentTeam().

- Configuration diff: report all settings when an app has no earlier
snapshot, so older apps show "configuration changed" again (#11430).
- DigitalOcean/Vultr: do not repeat the "API error:" prefix.
- HasSecretManager: the deleting listener returns nothing, so later
deleting listeners still run.
- GitLab webhook: use new_public_id() like the other webhooks.
- Team danger zone: show the link and open the page only for the team owner.

Let instant_remote_process throw on failed SSH/docker commands so the
real error (e.g. a missing coolify-sentinel container or an unreadable
SSH key) is reported. A null result, such as a literal "null" body, is
turned into an empty string, which guard() rejects as an invalid response.
Run curl with -sS so progress output stays out of the output while
errors are still reported.
Add tests for a failed docker exec and a literal null body.
Revert the app code changes of d666a0a95, 69eeb2f62, 1e66c9f9b and
a32082b03, so login, registration, OAuth, team danger zone, service
templates, and the other touched files are back to their earlier state.
Keep the removal of unused components and markup-only tests (d666a0a95
also contained those deletions by mistake).
StartupExecutionCleanupTest now fakes the template CDN with the current
file content, so app:init in the test no longer empties
templates/service-templates-latest.json.

- TrustHosts: validate the Host header also when the FQDN cache is cold.
- Settings email: authorize the SMTP and Resend toggles.
- Server navbar: show Sentinel status only to users who can view Sentinel.
- GitHub source: restore permission gates on Sync name and Delete, and the
Test connection button.
- Profile: make avatar upload work (missing import and file uploads trait).
- API tokens: keep the "Never" expiry choice.
- Environment variables: show validation errors instead of a generic error.
- Servers API: read the server uuid from the route in domains_by_server.
- Configuration diff: report all settings when no earlier snapshot exists.
- Cloud servers: restore Power On for stopped servers; do not repeat the
provider error prefix.
- HasSecretManager: do not stop later deleting listeners.
- GitLab webhook: use new_public_id() like the other webhooks.
- Dev: show the Lima VM start command on the localhost server page.

Login, registration and OAuth set a fake currentTeam attribute on the user.
When refreshSession() saved the user in the same request, the query wrote
a currentTeam column that does not exist. Keep the team only in the session
and read it through currentTeam().

An hourly command releases managed DNS records whose references all point
to missing or deleted resources, or that have no references after a grace
period. Each record goes through the per-hostname lock and re-check, so a
hostname that a user adds back is kept. An empty reference list no longer
deletes all references of a record.
