Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 4.5 a920463861 feat: Add Coolpack as a new build pack option (Beta)
Add Coolpack (https://github.com/coollabsio/coolpack) as a build pack
alternative to Nixpacks. Coolpack is currently in beta and only supports
NodeJS applications.

Changes:
- Add COOLPACK enum to BuildPackTypes
- Add coolpack deployment methods to ApplicationDeploymentJob
- Add coolpack environment variable relationships to Application model
- Add is_coolpack accessor to EnvironmentVariable model
- Install coolpack in coolify-helper Docker image
- Add Coolpack (Beta) option in build pack selection UI
- Handle COOLPACK_* prefixed environment variables
- Add default COOLPACK_NODE_VERSION=24 for new coolpack applications
- Add unit and feature tests for coolpack functionality
