Remove the ignore flag from 38 PHP-based service templates whose current images ship a PHP release fixed for CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 (8.5.12, 8.4.27, 8.3.36, 8.2.35, or the patched Debian and Ubuntu packages).
