* Use fixed quirk IDs for matching instead of quirk class

* Change tests for quirk id (WIP)

* Do not default `quirk_id` to `quirk_class`

* Implement test for checking if quirk ID exists

* Change `quirk_id` for test slightly (underscore instead of dot)
