Marco PfeifferandGitHub 926d19fda6 add the php 8 Dockerfiles to the readme. 
The README makes this image look like it's not maintained anymore because it's the first thing you see when browsing on the docker hub and it was missing the 8.0 images.

Tema Smirnov 3813e965c3 [feature] Added Composer plugin prestissimo 
Prestissimo - plugin that downloads Composer packages in parallel to speed up the installation process.
Will be removed right after release of Composer 2.x (parallelism implemented)
