UI: Remove macOS-Default Full Screen Menu Item

macOS looks if the NSUserDefault NSFullScreenMenuItemEverywhere is set
to true, and if it is, it adds its own full screen menu item.
Sets this NSUserDefault to false since it defaults to true.
