This process mitigation flag is inherited by child processes and applies
to load-time DLL resolution, pushing the application's own directory
below the system directories. If there are system-installed copies of
dependent DLLs such as FFmpeg, those get loaded when OBS is updated as
the updater and subsequent relaunch of OBS inherit the mitigation.
As we use SetDefaultDllDirectories, this mitigation is less important,
the proper fix would be to use /DEPENDENTLOADFLAG to protect load-time
import resolution.
When changing a subproject (e.g. graphics-hook), the generated binaries
are not installed without also building win-capture. This commit enables
the subprojects to be treated as "plugins" which are installed to rundir
and also the installation directory without any additional workarounds.
The `add_target_resource` function uses unnecessary path components
when copying files to the rundir, resulting in files added that way
not to end up where OBS expects them to.
The generated binaries created by sub-targets also need to be copied
as part of `win-capture`'s data files, which was easy to fix as the
target exists before CMake switches into the subdirectories.
The inject helper should be able to specify the full path rather than
assume the path of the hook DLL. This change allows us to modify the
hook's location. This needs to be done because the hook needs to be
relocated to ProgramData to prevent the possibility of multiple Vulkan
capture hooks.
Code submissions have continually suffered from formatting
inconsistencies that constantly have to be addressed. Using
clang-format simplifies this by making code formatting more consistent,
and allows automation of the code formatting so that maintainers can
focus more on the code itself instead of code formatting.
Makes Visual C runtime libraries consistent across
Debug/MinSizeRel/Release/RelWithDebInfo, rather than just changing those
flags for RelWithDebInfo. Also adds /Zl for statically linked
libraries.

This prevents issues with using standard C functions, where microsoft
would otherwise spit out pointless warnings to encourage using
microsoft-specific functions instead.
(Note: This commit also modifies the ipc-util/seg-service modules)
When compiling the final project, always compile
ipc-util/get-graphics-offsets/graphics-hook/inject-helper/seg-service
with static MSVC runtimes to prevent the need of requiring the MSVC
runtimes for both architectures.
I've come to realize that it's probably not wise to deviate from the
original version's functionality due to the fact that the original
version works without issues. I'm wondering if some of the capture
problems have been due to the fact that the direct hook method (via
CreateRemoteThread) was removed, so I put it back in, made it default,
and added an option to use anti-cheat compatibility just like in the
original version.
This makes a minor adjustment to the interval at which the inject helper
tries to post the inject message to the target process. Only 2 seconds
before, now up to 4 seconds, with the PostThreadMessage called every
half second for the duration.
The reason I did this is because I noticed that on rare occasions that
it wouldn't hook due to the low interval; usually just because the
target process is busy and isn't able to process its message queue, and
therefor the hook wouldn't go through due to the fact that
SetWindowsHookEx won't inject until the set event has occurred. The
inject helper program would just close before the thread message had
finally been processed, which would cancel the SetWindowsHookEx hooking.
