 * deps.ffmpeg: Update FFmpeg to a6dc92968a
 * deps.qt: Backport macOS disabled combobox items fix

The FFmpeg update is to fix an issue with DTS when using b-frames with
FFmpeg NVENC. In particular, we wanted this commmit:
