JATMNandClaude Opus 5.5 e0d2bd9f22 fix: address AI code-quality findings in mcp remove, updater, Windows paths, and SDK packaging test (#2472) ...

- mcp remove: return after a scoped removal so it cannot fall through to the
  unscoped lookup (process.exit returns under tests, per cli/exit.ts).
- AutoUpdater: install the version resolved for the selected channel instead
  of @latest, and clear the updating state with a failed result if the update
  sequence rejects.
- windowsPaths: use a win32 path.relative containment check so where.exe
  results below a drive-root working directory are excluded.
- SDK consumer types test: install the files npm would publish with the real
  package.json, and give the consumer its own package.json so TypeScript no
  longer self-resolves the package through the repository root.
