PieterGit fb4d467755 update Node requirements. This is a follow up from https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/pull/7417 since @bewest already merged his branch to dev 
add NodeJS 16.x support.
drop NodeJS 12.x support.It reached End-of-Life status on 30 April 2022
allow NodeJS 18.x support to run for CI
upgrade webpack and webpack-cli
update browserlist and browser documentation, config is now at .browserslistrc
update README.md for browsers and Node versions
fix typos in comments in lib/client/hashauth.js and webpack/webpack.config from https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/pull/7440

PieterGit d97fd9701a npm update and integrate terser-webpack-plugin as minimizer 
Stick to `terser` version `~3.14.1` instead of `^3.16.0`, because of
```
ERROR in js/bundle.js from Terser
TypeError: Cannot read property 'minify' of undefined
    at minify (E:\path\toc\cgm-remote-monitor\node_modules\terser-webpack-plugin\dist\minify.js:175:23)
```

PieterGit 3104083670 fix readENVTruthy and make INSECURE_USE_HTTP, SECURE_HSTS_HEADER, SECURE_HSTS_HEADER_* and SECURE_CSP work as expected. 
readENVTruthy never returned defaultValue. if not set to on|off|true|false the default value is returned

PieterGit 16248a1836 Leap forward... remove npm 5.x support, upgrade packages and also test Node 10 with Travis 
- Due to Azure we had several supported npm version 5.6.x, 5.7.x, 5.8.x. Since Node 8.12.0 ships with npm 6.4.x we should stop supporting npm 5.x
- Azure currently does not have Node 8.12.x and probably does not work at this moment. Microsoft should stay current
- upgrades several packages, most notable mongodb
- move file-loader, expose-loader, style-loader to devDependencies
- remove webpack-command because it's not longer maintained and has security issues. Moving to webpack-cli
- upgrade version to 0.11.0-dev-20181022

PieterGit 2e869c7cd7 increase SCM_COMMAND_IDLE_TIMEOUT (default 60, 1 minute), to 300 seconds / 5 minutes 
Azure deploy fails with message Thread was being aborted.
This happens when the deploy commands take too long to execute. You can resolve this by setting the
SCM_COMMAND_IDLE_TIMEOUT app setting to 900 (900 seconds, 15 minutes) for your app in the Azure portal.

2. a lot of moment-locales are packacked with webpack. Limit to language that are availble in Nightscout

also run a npmupdate which upgraded webpack, compression and uglify-js

before PR: found 24 vulnerabilities (3 low, 15 moderate, 5 high, 1 critical) in 13366 scanned packages
after PR: found 16 vulnerabilities (2 low, 9 moderate, 4 high, 1 critical) in 13361 scanned packages

PieterGit dd1a3ea294 remove python and python-software-properties from setup.sh 
As far as I see in the current codebase there are no references to python. Should be tested with reinstall on clean pi3 install.

PieterGit 11e92c9611 reverting to mocha 3.5.3 for 0.10.3 release, 
current Nightscout code is not compatible with mocha: 5.2.0.
note most of the Nightscout 0.10.3 cycle mocha  "~3.1.2" was used.
note Nightscout 0.10.2 release also used  "~3.1.2"
