## Terminal
When spawning a terminal window, use `handlr launch x-scheme-handler/terminal -- -e <cmd>`
instead of a hardcoded terminal name (e.g., `alacritty -e <cmd>`). This respects the
user's configured default terminal and works across different environments.
Detach with `&` so it doesn't block the session.
Prefer this for any local command that needs `sudo` — a spawned terminal
supports interactive password entry, while the built-in Bash tool's
non-interactive TTY cannot.
Example:
```
handlr launch x-scheme-handler/terminal -- -e sudo ls
```
