refactor hyprland config
...
- Use xdg-open and xdg-mime to get default programs (thus reusing
xdg.mimeApps options instead of defining my own)
- Migrate to hyprland.settings from hyprland.extraConfig
- Use 0-9,F1-F12 workspaces instead of 1-22
- Migrate swayidle config to services.swayidle
- Move waybar override to its own file
- Migrate wofi config to programs.wofi
- Start waybar through systemd and wofi through dbus instead of exec
