TODO: Replicate changes to gemini

- add more blogs to ring
- add nix shebang to update_ring.sh
- eliminate <hr/>'s and most <small>'s
    - Using CSS instead
- replace <ul><li> post listings with <article>'s
- eliminate tags from note listing, for now
- use semantic <time>
- move note and post date and tags to default layout
