Gabriel Fontes fbfeb47348 hosts: only add nixpkgs to NIX_PATH 
Having self as a NIX_PATH entry means that NIX_PATH will change on each
and every nixos-rebuild, causing nixos-upgrade.service to rebuild, which
in turns triggers (albeit small) build every single time.

Channels other than nixpkgs are rarely assumed to be present, so there's
no need to include any of them.
