Simple JS based app for personal and small businesses accounting

Installation

Step 0

Install build essentials

Ubuntu

apt-get install build-essential python git
apt-get install libgconf-2-4

Step 1

Install Node.js LTS (version 8.11.1)

Tip: The best way to install and manage Node is to install nvm

Step 2

Install yarn package manager.

npm install -g yarn

Step 3

Clone this repo

git clone https://github.com/frappe/accounting.git

Step 4

Install dependencies and launch Accounting


cd accounting

# Install dependencies
yarn

# Start the electron app
yarn electron
