Yong Tang 74db940ed7 Avoid unique name usage in TestDockerNetworkConnectAlias ...

In TestDockerNetworkConnectAlias the network and container
names used are unique which are not preferred. This
fix address the issue by appending t.Name() so that
names are randomized.
