Store each server's Docker version and build stop commands via
dockerStopCommand() so newer Docker uses --timeout instead of
deprecated --time/-t. Also show Docker version in server details.

Add OIDC discovery, JWKS validation, Socialite integration, OAuth identity linking, and configurable registration policy for password and SSO signups. Update related settings/profile UI and tests.
Dispatch server show refreshes after Sentinel and metrics toggles, preserve editable Sentinel form fields during restart events, and gate custom image editing by update permission.
