- Regenerate SSL Certificates now writes server.crt/server.key for every
engine except MongoDB, which keeps the combined server.pem. Before, the
button always wrote server.pem, so Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis, KeyDB
and Dragonfly failed to start after a regenerate.
- The certificate renewal job uses the same rule, so MongoDB no longer
switches to server.crt/server.key on renewal and fails on restart.
- Starting an SSL database writes the CA that signs its certificate to
/data/coolify/ssl/coolify-ca.crt, so a stale CA file (for example one
written by another server entry for the same host) no longer causes
"certificate signature failure".
- Saving a custom CA certificate that does not match the stored CA
private key is rejected.
- The CA file write commands live in SslHelper::caCertificateFileCommands().

Provision Docker once in a prepared image and use a seed ISO for new VMs. Switch development examples to the main branch and refresh service template timestamps.
Remove the enable/disable toggle from the server UI, logs page, and
Sentinel API so is_sentinel_enabled is derived and read-only. Enable
existing regular servers via migration, start Sentinel after validate-
and-install, and drop the daily ServerManagerJob restart.
Add keyboard-aware terminal controls, refine terminal layouts and navigation, surface proxy and Sentinel health warnings, and make avatar uploads update only after successful persistence.
Dispatch edit-domain-saved so Alpine closes the domain edit modal,
wire Save to updateDomain, and force white active log toolbar text in
dark mode. Seed railpack examples on the local Docker destination only
and remove Lima servers, environments, and V5DevLimaSeeder.
Remove active builder flags from dev Lima sync, bootstrap commands,
and server capabilities while documenting the v5 control-plane and
host-agent boundaries.
Add WireGuard networking fields (interface, management pool, listen port),
container network pool, coold/corrosion versioning, and builder CPU quota
to clusters and servers via new migrations and model fillables.
Expose full cluster and server CRUD on the Clusters page with private key
selection, pending state tracking, and new form primitives (Field, Input,
Textarea). Add server status check fields and a lima test VM config for
development.
Switch Lima VM dev-environment sync from a custom Artisan command to a
database seeder. The seeder creates/updates the Development-Lima cluster
and its two servers idempotently, reading ssh_user from the
COOLIFY_CLI_SSH_USER env var (exposed via config('coold.dev_ssh_user')).
dev.sh now passes COOLIFY_CLI_SSH_USER and runs db:seed instead of
building per-server --server flag arrays.
Add OIDC discovery, JWKS validation, Socialite integration, OAuth identity linking, and configurable registration policy for password and SSO signups. Update related settings/profile UI and tests.
Create the root team before production seeding depends on it, reuse the
existing root team when creating root users, and cover the production seeder
flow with a feature test.
Update Railpack seed examples to use the expected Flask start command and Go/Rust exposed ports. Adjust smoke coverage to run Symfony by default and accept reachable 4xx responses, and extend seeder tests for per-example branch and port assertions.
Extract NIXPACKS_/RAILPACK_ prefix filtering into a reusable
`scopeWithoutBuildpackControlVariables` query scope on EnvironmentVariable.
Apply scope consistently to runtime vars, runtime preview vars, and
buildtime var generation in ApplicationDeploymentJob.
Refactor `generate_railpack_env_variables` to return a Collection.
Add `RAILPACK_FRONTEND_IMAGE` constant and bake it into the
coolify-helper Dockerfile as a build arg.
Add DevelopmentRailpackExamplesSeeder (dev/local env only) for
seeding example Railpack apps, wired into DatabaseSeeder.
Add tests:
- ApplicationDeploymentControlVarFilteringTest: verifies control vars
are excluded from runtime and buildtime envs
- DevelopmentRailpackExamplesSeederTest: verifies seeder behavior
- ApplicationDeploymentRailpackEnvParityTest: parity checks for env
handling across build/runtime paths
- Implement railpack.json + generated config deep merging logic in
ApplicationDeploymentJob with JSON validation and assoc array checks
- Label Railpack as "Beta" in all build pack selectors and show a
visible beta badge when railpack is selected in new-app forms
- Add railpack-nodejs Fastify example to ApplicationSeeder
- Add ApplicationSeederTest and ApplicationDeploymentRailpackConfigTest
covering config merge behavior and seeder correctness
Restrict mass-assignable attributes across user/team/redis models and
switch privileged root/team creation paths to forceFill/forceCreate.
Encrypt legacy ClickHouse admin passwords via migration and cast the
correct ClickHouse password field as encrypted.
Tighten API and runtime exposure by removing sensitive team fields from
responses and sanitizing Git/compose error messages.
Expand security-focused feature coverage for command-injection and mass
assignment protections.
Add full GitLab application source support for git operations:
- Implement SSH-based authentication using private keys with configurable ports
- Support HTTP basic auth for HTTPS GitLab URLs (with or without deploy keys)
- Handle private key setup and SSH command configuration in both Docker and local modes
- Support merge request checkouts for GitLab with SSH authentication
Improvements to credential handling:
- URL-encode GitHub access tokens to handle special characters properly
- Update log sanitization to redact passwords from HTTPS/HTTP URLs
- Extend convertGitUrl() type hints to support GitlabApp sources
Add test coverage and seed data:
- New GitlabSourceCommandsTest with tests for private key and public repo scenarios
- Test for HTTPS basic auth password sanitization in logs
- Seed data for GitLab deploy key and public example applications
