Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 9b9d1309d1 fix(api): allow write tokens to set manual webhook secrets
Webhook secrets are stored settings, so a token with the write ability can
set or change them, the same as GitHub App and GitLab App webhook secrets.

Andras Bacsai 101444b8ca fix(log-drains): support Axiom edge domains and update Fluent Bit to 5.1
- Add an Axiom edge domain setting (default us-east-1) and use the /v1/ingest endpoint, so EU datasets work
- Remove the Highlight drain (service ended) and stop its running containers
- Update Fluent Bit from 2.0 to 5.1 and use the warn log level
- Restart running drains when the generated files change, with the new image pulled before the old container stops
- Show log drain validation errors under their fields

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 1082b598c4 fix(api): return logs of stopped containers like the UI
The log endpoints found containers with `docker ps -a`, then rejected
every container that was not running. Remove that check, so failed
deployments can be diagnosed through the API. Without service_name,
the application endpoint prefers a running container. The old error
stays when no container exists.

request again after a 5xx, and a VPS that Coolify did not save is deleted.

Andras Bacsai 1039368491 fix(s3): support virtual-hosted-style URLs for S3 storages
Add a "Use path-style URLs" setting to S3 storages. It is detected from
the endpoint (Alibaba OSS, Tencent COS, Volcengine/BytePlus TOS), and the
connection test switches to virtual-hosted style when the provider
rejects path-style requests. Backups pass `--path off` to mc.

Andras Bacsai a3712f8902 fix(deploy): stop 502 errors during rolling updates
Traefik and Caddy routes of applications now retry a failed connection
on another container, and the rolling update waits a configurable drain
time (default 5 seconds) after the new container is healthy before it
stops the old containers. The wait is skipped when no old container runs
or when the proxy labels changed, because the proxy drops a route that
two containers define differently.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 6c270a42db fix(service): remove the "Remove from Coolify only" delete option
A normal delete now removes a resource from Coolify also when its server
is not reachable, so the separate option only left untracked containers
running. The danger zone button is gone, and the services API rejects
delete_from_coolify_only with 422 instead of ignoring it, so old clients
do not delete Docker resources they asked to keep.

Andras Bacsai e0b6ac1121 fix(api): accept settings that the UI can change but the API rejected
- Applications: is_container_label_readonly_enabled (turning it back on
  regenerates labels), include_coolify_default_variables, and
  dockerfile_target_build on create.
- Databases: save is_log_drain_enabled on update instead of dropping it,
  include_coolify_default_variables, and disable_local_backup on backups
  (only with save_s3).
- Services: include_coolify_default_variables, and redirect on service
  applications (www/non-www needs both hosts).

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 cf9f254507 fix(server-transfer): close security holes in import, claim, and archives
Import:
- Check every uuid in a bundle against a strict id format before any
write, and quote the SSH mux socket and key paths in local shell
commands. A bundle uuid could run commands in the Coolify container.
- Validate bundle fqdns, git source URLs, paths, networks, cron
expressions, and database ports; cap the number of items.
- Do not confirm that another team has a uuid.
- Refuse a project icon path with a uuid that is not a plain id.

Claim, finish, and migrate:
- Pass checklist step keys to wire:click with Js::from (stored XSS).
- Link only to https target server URLs.
- Validate target_instance_url in /transfer/complete; never prefill an
unverified URL for a transfer back; scope the transfer-back token to
  write+deploy for 1 hour.
- Release on an owner marker only when it is newer than the own claim.
- Do not touch apps that only use the server as an additional
destination when an archive is released or deleted.
- Give Sentinel a new token on claim.
- Add a checklist step to remove the previous instance's SSH key.
- Block a transfer while backups or scheduled tasks run.
- Authorize refreshMigration and PrivateKey checkConnection, clear
tokens from Livewire state, hide migration log/error from members.

Archives:
- Refuse ip, user, port, private key, and Cloudflare tunnel changes.
- Throttle Enable management and require a free server slot for it and
  for a transfer back.
- Skip cloud provider calls.
- Re-read force_disabled before each SSH command, so running jobs stop.
- Probe the import check target at the resolved address only.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 95a3a22fdf fix(server-transfer): harden import on Cloud and stop archives from using server slots
- Rate limit the import check probe and refuse private, loopback, and
  link-local targets on Cloud.
- Rate limit the SSH validation that an import starts, like other
  server validations.
- Count only managed servers for the server limit, the limit check job,
and the subscription page. Archives of transferred servers are left out.
- Do not show the name of another team's archived server in the import check.

Andras Bacsai c454f84545 fix(server-transfer): keep imported data exact and guard archived servers
- Skip TrimStrings and ConvertEmptyStringsToNull on the import route; an empty shared variable failed the whole import
- Keep compose parser versions, static ports, legacy variable keys, and only the bundle's variables and destinations
- Give the transfer back token the deploy permission that the import needs
- Move the Cloudflare tunnel DNS record with the server and park it on the source
- Refuse cloud server deletes, power on, tunnel and DNS changes, and scp for archives; skip their backup alerts and provider polling
- Add a column-level round-trip test, archive guard tests, and a live full-coverage transfer test
- Advance the GitLab App sequence in the dev seeder

Rollback now also lists the commit images of the last 10 successful

The page and the API share GetRollbackImages, and the API returns a
source field (local or registry).

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 a82d32c946 chore: merge main into release/v4.5
Resolve conflicts between main's security fixes and v4.5 features:
- Keep v4.5 features (log redaction, multi-S3 backups, transfer flow,
scheduled task modal, sidebar) and port main's fixes into them.
- Reuse RequiresDeployAbility for the Hostinger create endpoint.
- Align MCP tool abilities and descriptions with main's new deploy
requirements, and use deploy tokens in the affected MCP tests.
- Drop the duplicate DockerCleanupJobTest helper and tests, and the
exportBundle test for a method v4.5 removed.

Andras BacsaiandClaude Opus 5.5 7466da12a2 fix(git): accept ssh:// repository URLs with custom ports
The repository URL rule rejected ssh://user@host:port/path, so deploy-key
resources on servers with a custom SSH port needed a manual URL edit after
creation. Accept ssh:// URLs and keep them unchanged for deploy keys so the
port reaches the clone. Rename scpStyleGitUrlToHttps to sshGitUrlToHttps and
let it convert ssh:// URLs too, so public flows, repository links and GitHub
App repository slugs handle them.

Andras Bacsai 1e42284db0 feat(proxy): override the Traefik certificate resolver per resource
Applications and service applications can now use the server resolver,
no resolver ("none"), or a custom resolver name. This allows servers
that mix Let's Encrypt domains with domains that use their own
certificates, such as Cloudflare Origin CA. The setting is available in
the UI and the API.

Closes #12138

Andras Bacsai af589f6da4 feat(proxy): make the Traefik certificate resolver configurable per server
Coolify always added tls.certresolver=letsencrypt to generated HTTPS
routers, so Traefik logged errors when the proxy used its own
certificates (for example Cloudflare Origin CA) without that resolver.
Add a server setting (default letsencrypt) in the proxy page and API.
An empty value omits the resolver from resource labels, the Coolify
dashboard routes, and the catch-all router.

Andras Bacsai f39c884cc7 fix(servers): support IPv6 server addresses everywhere
Store server IPs in one form (no brackets, short lower-case IPv6) and
write each address in the form its context needs:

- URLs and host:port (Sentinel, database URLs, SFTP backup download,
DNS servers, SMTP, webhook base URLs, links, health checks) get
  brackets through formatHostForUrl().
- Traefik Host() rules use the address without brackets, so IPv6
domains no longer return 404; saved labels are fixed at deploy.
  Caddy keeps the brackets.
- SSH keeps the plain address.
- Hetzner gives an IPv6 /64 network; IPv6-only servers now get the
server address (prefix::1) instead of the unusable prefix::64.
- sslip labels, registry image names with an IPv6 host, the API domain
list, allowlist matching and duplicate checks handle IPv6.

A migration normalizes stored IPv6 server addresses, repairs Hetzner
servers saved as ::64 that are not reachable, and adds brackets to
saved Sentinel URLs.
