Antony Messerli 3a422af78f Add Ubuntu 20.10 net install 
Splits logic into older debian style and newer subiquity
installers.

Currently 20.10 uses subiquity, may be able to switch 20.04 to that
as well.  Build automation extracts and hosts the casper kernels
since upstream does not provide them hosted.  Once the kernels are
loading the latest daily live image is retrieved and loaded during
the init process.

Auto installs are also handled differently so the normal preseeds
won't work with the subiquity installer.

As of launch of 20.10, Ubuntu is no longer providing
PXE boot installer images.

You can leverage LiveCDs for installs for now.
