Antony Messerli 40d124473d Use interactive_netmount function if no dhcp 
Falls back to new interactive_netmount function in casper
if dhcp server is not found.  Allows for manual network
configuration in scenarios where someone does not have a dhcp
server and needs to install Ubuntu.

Applies to 20.04 and on only.

and is getting removed.  Mentions to use inst.repo instead

Antony Messerli 5ee302cd1f Adds a hook for putting local-vars.ipxe on tftp 
Allows for the user to set local variables to be loaded
into the netboot.xyz menu when loading.  This allows for
setting things like github_user to have custom menu's
auto populate on start up.

Setting an ipxe file with var settings in local-vars.ipxe
of their tftp server would allow those options to be loaded.
