Antony MesserliandGitHub 5bd9965a77 Flip certain menus off when in EFI mode (#481) 
Disables menus that utilize memdisk to boot when using
EFI mode.  Moves Kali Linux to from Security to Linux menu
as it has a normal kernel level install and the other
security distros all use memdisk.

Antony Messerli 5d09e0eede Save the ipxe_version compiled version 
Saves the original version variable that contains the ipxe version
as ipxe_version so that it can be referenced as needed.

Also ensures the other ipxe disks are using the correct boot_version
variable.
