i18n: restore placeholder names that were translated or lost their braces (#30326)

{{ models }} -> {{ modelli }} etc. in 10 locales, {{name}} -> {{nombre}} in
gl-ES, {{file}} -> {{arxiu}} in ca-ES, and single/unbalanced braces in kab-DZ,
nb-NO and ca-ES. 22 strings in 13 locales, tokens only.
